From engagements to the redesign of heirloom pieces, KSFJ brings to life one-of-a-kind pieces that stand the test of time.
Unlike a traditional jewelry store, KSFJ does not operate a showroom. It is appointment-based and conversation-led, creating a private, collaborative environment where the focus is on the client rather than inventory. Each meeting is tailored — whether evaluating existing pieces, sketching a new design, or reimagining heirlooms into something wearable today. KSFJ also provides unique concierge services to its clients, including jewelry collection planning, jewelry-box edits, concierge gifting and jewelry styling sessions. KSFJ will catalog sizes, personal preferences, and note important dates to take the guess work out of gift giving and make it easy for our clients to create a cohesive jewelry portfolio.

About the Owner & Lead Designer: Kellie StongerA Colorado native with a global perspective, Kellie Stonger is the owner and designer of Kellie Stonger Fine Jewelry. Prior to forming KSFJ, Kellie spent four years living in Europe, where she studied in London at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the premier global diamond-grading institution, graduating as a Certified Applied Jewelry Professional with certifications in Jewelry Design, Diamond Grading, and Gemstone Grading. While attending GIA, she also won the student design competition which helped inspire the concept for her own brand.
She approaches jewelry the way a curator approaches a collection — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a trained eye. Much of her work centers on custom pieces and personal redesign, often helping clients navigate meaningful life transitions through jewelry that reflects who they are now. She aims to bring a mindful approach to jewelry design and believes that every piece of jewelry has a story that begins from the time it is created, to the moment it is handed down to the next generation. Her time abroad enables her to bring global sourcing relationships for the finest materials and craftsmanship, along with both technical expertise and refined design perspective to her design studio.
Kellie is also focused on the local community. She has previously been involved with numerous charitable organizations across the globe, most recently supporting MindsMatter of Colorado. She is also a proud mother of two sons (Harrington and Henrik) that keeps her quite busy when she is not meeting with clients.

What does by-referral only mean?As a by-referral jeweler, I only work with clients that were introduced to me through our wedding partners and event planners, specialty boutique relationships, and of course friends and family. This allows KSFJ to adequately support past, current, and future clients with the upmost professionalism and integrity.
are you accepting new projects?I am accepting new projects through a waitlist system and by-referral only. Because each project experience is fully customized to the needs of my clients, I only bring on projects that I have the bandwidth to successfully execute with production timelines. Join our waitlist and I will contact you with an estimated project start date.
IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR CUSTOM DESIGN PROJECTS?Yes, there is a $5,000 minimum for all custom projects. Have a question? Send me a note, I would love to discuss your needs.
Where do you source diamonds?My philosophy allows clients to make the best decisions to suit their personal needs and wishes. I’m an educator and will guide you through the design process - my job is not to instruct you what to purchase but make sure you’re equipped with what you need to make decisions. My goal is to source stones and materials that you will love. From rare fancy colored diamonds to specialty gemstones, we have a network of suppliers that allow us to source the best stones available while ensuring competitive pricing for our clients. I view hundreds of stones remotely before hand selecting the “chosen” three (or more if needed) for my customers to view and select.
KSFJ did not design my engagement ring, can you design my wedding bands?Yes. Often times I am referred clients who purchased their engagement rings elsewhere and are having trouble finding the perfect setting for the wedding bands, leading them to my custom fine jewelry. Let’s work together to create a one-of-a-kind wedding set for you (and your groom while we are at it!).
How do I tell what the pieces are going to look like before production?KSFJ utilizes a vast range of techniques and technologies to allow clients to see exactly the piece being produced before it takes form. From intricate hand-drawn renderings to realistic still and video computed-aided design (CAD), and wax models – clients have a variety of visual and physical checkpoints prior to production.
do you work with out of state clients?Yes! About 50% of KSFJ business is clients outside of Colorado, I work with clients across the world.
Do you design other pieces of jewelry besides rings?Yes! With a precise attention to detail, Kellie expertly designs jewelry based on the needs of her clients. A quick list includes earrings, earring jackets, bracelets (including permanent, traditional and cuffs), cocktail rings, custom wedding bands, necklaces, birthstone pieces, heirloom redesign, eternity bands, men’s jewelry, and more.
