What You’ll Gain as a KSFJ Jewelry Consultant

Learn the art of fine jewelry curation

  • Work with diamonds, colored gemstones, and custom design

  • Focus on client relationships and project execution, Kellie Stonger handles design support, production, billing, and fulfillment

  • All pieces are made locally in Colorado and sold under the Kellie Stonger Fine Jewelry name

Grow your own clientele with full support

  • Leverage your network, social media, and events to bring in clients

  • Use the KSFJ design studio for meetings, lookbook sessions, and client styling

  • Participate in optional travel for pop-ups and destination experiences

Role Overview 

Time Commitment

This is a flexible, part-time role designed to grow with you. As a Jewelry Consultant, you set your own schedule and determine your level of involvement based on your goals and availability. Whether you dedicate a few hours a week or take on a more active role, the opportunity is built to support you in creating meaningful client relationships and growing your own business within the KSFJ brand.

Compensation

Jewelry Consultants earn a 10 percent commission on each piece sold. Additional rewards and opportunities are available based on sales volume and client engagement. The more intention and effort you invest, the more you’ll get out of the program!

Jewelry Categories You’ll Work in

  • Bridal, including custom engagement rings and wedding bands.

  • Redesign, reimagining heirloom pieces with modern flair.

  • Milestone jewelry to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, motherhood, and more.

  • Curated collections designed to help each client build a jewelry wardrobe that reflects their unique style.

Consultant Program Integration

As part of the broader KSFJ Consultant Program, consultants are empowered with tools and mentorship to build and manage their client base, curate personalized lookbooks, and deliver thoughtful, client-first experiences.

Support Includes

  • Onboarding and brand training

  • Templates for communication, social media, and lookbooks

  • Access to the shared consultant KSFJ Instagram account to help promote and build content 

  • Ongoing support, in-studio access, and quarterly one-on-one check-ins
